2p! Nyo! America is an original character design by Hidekaz Himaruya called "Another Color". She is the Nyo! counterpart to 2p! America. Her appearance is official, but her personality is not, though it is fairly agreed upon in the fandom.

Possible human names for her include Angelina (Angie), Astrid, and Amber F. Jones. The most popular ones are Amy and Ashlyn F. Jones.

Appearance

2p! Nyo! America is shown to be physically similar to her counterpart, though with many color differences.

Nyo! America's skin is darker than her counterpart's. She has messy, shoulder-length auburn hair and pinkish-red eyes. Her expression is confident, though less cheerful. She is depicted wearing a darker brown bomber jacket over a tied-up top that exposes her midriff. She wears very short denim shorts and the same boots as her counterpart's, though darker in color. She has a pair of sunglasses on the top of her head and a gold necklace with a green jewel. She also wears brown gloves. She still carries a baseball bat, but it is now adorned with nails.

Some fanworks may stray from the original art. For example, some give her the same skin color as her 1p!.

Personality

2p! Nyo! America has no official personality. Fans of Hetalia have created personalities for the 2p! characters, some more widely accepted than others. The 2p! Nyo! characters may have similar personalities to their 2p!s, but may also have many differences. Common and well-known depictions are listed below.

General Personality

• She is very hostile and impulsive. She is irritable, which can leave a lot of destruction in her wake. She often participates in street fights, making her appear very delinquent-like. She tries not to show any weakness, and may even try to suppress her anger if she sees it as a weakness.
• She is charismatic with her outspokenness. However, she is truly very manipulative and antagonistic. Her sincerity is a facade, and is a good actress when she wants to be.
• She is arrogant, confident, and demanding. She leads the Allies' meetings.
• She is sadistic at heart, taking pleasure in causing others pain.
• She is a complete flirt. She often goes to bars and has had many one-night stands. She may only act promiscuous to get what she wants or to lure guys she doesn't like into dangerous situations, though.
• She may be a yandere towards people she truly loves. Combined with her rashness and violent tendencies, she doesn't hesitate to kill any romantic rivals. She will stalk them, act overtly sexual, and become extremely jealous over their normal relationships. She is incredibly possessive.
• She may, instead, put everyone before herself. She truly loves her friends and family, and will do anything to protect them.

America, or simply ignored her anytime she wasn't chastising her for her shortcomings. However, she may have also been a kind, but strict mentor. It took a lot to control 2p! Nyo! America's violent and impulsive nature. Along with 2p! Nyo! France and Canada, the four of them are considered to be a sort of family.
• 2p! Nyo! Canada - The two of them may have had a close, sisterly relationship. However, 2p! Nyo! Canada may distance herself from Nyo! America because how violent she can be. 2p! Nyo! America may drag her to baseball games, much to her annoyance. They may also often get into fights, since 2p! Nyo! America can't resist taunting her sister. Along with 2p! Nyo! England and France, the four of them are considered to be a sort of family.
• 2p! Nyo! France - Along with 2p! Nyo! England and 2p! Nyo! Canada, the four of them are considered to be a sort of family.
• 2p! Nyo! Japan - 2p! Nyo! America was the first one to break 2p! Nyo! Japan out of her two hundred year isolation. They had a rocky start to their relationship, but they've warmed up to each other over the years.

1p! Nyo! America vs. 2p! Nyo! America

• Both 1p! and 2p! Nyo! America have violent tendencies, as 1p! Nyo! America tends to solve her problems with violence. However, 2p! Nyo! America is much more extreme in her violence, having no qualms about killing others or even torturing them.
• 1p! Nyo! America is cheerful, playing the part of the hero. 2p! Nyo! America plays the villain.
• Both 1p! and 2p! Nyo! America have a baseball bat, though 2p! Nyo! America's has nails in it.

It is common for 2p!s to be portrayed as violent and obsessive. To most, they are a darker version of the original nations. However, because the original nations can be portrayed in the same way by the fandom, how much hold this has depends on the person making the story, artwork, or cosplay.

2p! Nyo! America fits this stereotype quite well due to her incredible violence. She may even be depicted as torturing people.
