2p! Vietnam is a fan interpretation of the Hetalia character as "Another Color." She has a few well-known depictions within the fandom.
The most common human names for her are Nguyễn Hoàng Thư and Hồng Lên, though Hồng Lên just means "pink" in Vietnamese. Lý has also been used.

2p! Vietnam is shown to be physically similar to her counterpart, though with many color differences. She has a few well-developed appearances that vary wildly from another.
In her first common appearance, she has long brown hair that can vary from being about the same shade of brown as her counterpart to being lighter. It is tied at the very bottom with a green hair band. Her eyes are usually amber, though they may be brown as well. She wears a pink áo dài with a prominent chest cutout, showing off her breasts. She wears tall, pink stockings or pants that don't quite reach her waist, showing off her hips under the áo dài. Her shoes may be brown or orange. She may also be depicted holding an oil-paper umbrella or, rarely, wearing a rice hat.
In her second common appearance, she has dark brown hair cut asymmetrically, with the left side being longer than the right side. Her eyes are usually either magenta or amber in hue, though they may rarely be depicted as brown. She wears a red jacket over a white dress shirt, which is also over a yellow t-shirt. She also wears blue pants rolled up to her knees, white shoes, and three red hair clips on the left side of her bangs. She is often seen carrying small weapons and a first-aid kit in her jacket.
In her final common appearance, she is depicted as being a devil. This is usually meant to be an alternate version of the "red jacket" design. She now has dark red horns and demon wings, though she may or may not be depicted with a demon tail. Her hair is slightly longer and is usually symmetrical, still being dark brown. Her eyes are now dark red. She wears a red dress with a very pronounced v-cut, showing off her pink bra and breasts. The dress shows off most of her sides as well, barely clinging together at the bottom of the dress. She also wears black gloves, black stockings, and, usually, a black garter. She still has her red hair clips and is now holding a red pitchfork. She may also carry a mask with her to conceal her emotions.

2p! Vietnam has no official personality. Fans of Hetalia have created personalities for the 2p! characters, some more widely accepted than others. Common and well-known depictions are listed below.

- She is a cheerful girl and is often seen smiling.
- She is flirtatious and provocative, though still genuinely caring.
- She is not very assertive.
- She is sadistic in nature, enjoying the thrill of hurting others. She may hide this part of herself behind a sweet demeanor, much like 2p! England. She may go on a killing spree from time to time.

- She may be traumatized from the war in Vietnam.

It is common for 2p!s to be portrayed as violent and obsessive. To most, they are a darker version of the original nations. However, because the original nations can be portrayed in the same way by the fandom, how much hold this has depends on the person making the story, artwork, or cosplay.
When in her demon form, she will use her staff to harm those who have something she wants. She may be depicted with a small saw, a long leather wire, or, rarely, brass knuckles in her regular form.
