2P!Lithuania is a fan interpretation of the Hetalia webcomic/anime character of "Another Color". Being a lesser known 2P!, he isn't very developed in the fandom in terms of appearance or personality.
His human name varies. The most commonly used names are Leonas, Matas or Tomas.
Appearance
2P!Lithuania does not have a consistent appearance throughout the fandom.
In most interpretations, he has bright neon green hair that is longer than his 1P!'s. There have also been artworks depicting his hair as pink. His eyes are either pink or brown; pink seems to be generally preferred. His clothes are more modern than his 1P!'s, and he is occasionally shown wearing a purple military uniform.
Personality
There are two main personalities shown in the fandom for 2P!Lithuania. Any names can be used for either, but the most common ones are used here.
Leonas
He is shown to be confident and arrogant, to the point where his brothers occasionally get fed up with listening to him. He is not as respected by the 2P!Baltics as the 1P! ones look up to his 1P!, but does hold a soft spot for them and would do anything to defend them. He is more of a pervert than a psychopath. Some people also portray him as having various magical abilities.
Matas
He is a cheerful figure, often irresponsible or childish. Like the other personality given here, the Baltics do not respect him as much; however, this is because they do not think he is a good brother and gets in trouble the most out of the three of them. He tends to accidentally be annoying, and get on others' nerves. Some have summarised his personality as 'acting like he's on drugs'. He is comparable to 1P!Poland.
Common 2P! Traits
It is common for 2P!s to be portrayed as murderous, psychopathic and possibly insane. To most, they are a darker version of the original Nations. However, because the Original Nations can be portrayed the same way by the fandom, how much hold this has depends on the person making the story.
The 'Leonas' personality of 2P!Lithuania has been shown with murderous traits by the fandom. The 'Matas' personality has not, as of yet.
