2p Monaco is a fan interpretation of the Hetalia webcomic/anime character of "Another Colour".
She is not as developed in the terms of appearance or personality as some of the more popular characters. She received the human name, Giselle Bonnefoy.
Appearance
One known appearance given to Monaco is that she has long reddish-brown hair, accompanied with a half-braided ponytail tied with a red bow. Here, she still wears glasses. She wears a plain reddish-pink long sleeved button-up shirt with a green ribbon at the center, and a black waitress skirt.
And, finally, to top things off, she wears a reddish-pink high heel and brown knee-socks/stockings.
Personality
As 1p Monaco is energetic and optimistic, 2p Monaco would be a lazy/sloth and unenthusatic . She is quite a 'Feeling Close' type as to the fact that she hangs with 2p! Seychelles even though 2p! Seychelles hates her, or just basically known as an 'Attention-whore'.
She's also depicted that she's much of a judgmental type.
And could be a shy and trembling one when it comes to talking or approaching to people she's not fond with/ is not close with.
Relationships
2p France
France is shown to be a brother-like figure to Monaco. Although France keeps pushing her away, that doesn't stop Monaco at all from getting attention from his 'Big Brother'.
2p Seborga
Seborga and Monaco get along a lot. Heck, they're quite such close friends. Though, Seborga could get annoyed and yell at her at times.
2p Seychelles
Seychelles and her are quite the enemies. The only thing they get along with is their taste of fashion and shopping, though, expect a lot of arguing along the way.
2p Spain
Monaco was originally under Spain's protection, however, he meddled in her affairs quite often.
Common 2P! Traits
It is common for 2P!s to be portrayed as murderous, psychopathic and insane. To most, they are a darker version of the Original Nations. However, because the Original Nations can be portrayed in the same way by the fandom, how much hold this has depends on the person making the story, artwork, or cosplay.
So far, Monaco has not shown any of these traits except for a time she made a car crash.
