Appearance
He has crimson eyes and brown hair. He wears a red scarf nearly identical to 1p! Russia's scarf and has a black jacket. He wears a red button-up dress shirt and dark brown pants. His boots are also dark brown and he holds a trident-like object. He wears a black belt. He looks much like 1p! Russia.
In another description he has grayish silver hair and dark purple eyes wearing a heavy black trench coat.
Personality
He is somewhat tsundere. It is said that underneath his slight attitude he is very caring, like his 2p! counterpart. He can be considered, at times, cold and mean spirited.
He accepts the fact that his sister Russia does not like him, and he seems to not care about her either but he secretly does. He worries about her every now and then, but very rarely shows it.
Interests
He is a serious alcoholic like his 2p! counterpart. He likes vodka just as much as 1p! Russia does.
He secretly admires his sister Russia's artwork, no matter how gruesome or disturbing it is. He refuses to admit that he likes anything that his sister likes though.
He enjoys cooking. It is one of the few things he likes aside from vodka. He is a decent cook, but is not the best nor the worst.

It is common for 2P!s to be portrayed as murderous, sociopathic and possibly insane. To most, they are a darker version of the original Nations. However, because the Original Nations can be portrayed the same way by the fandom, how much hold this has depends on the person making the story.
