He is most often referred to as Lucius or Helmfried.
Rome has the same messy and wavy hair style as his canon 1p except that it's darker and sometimes has a reddish tint. He has the red eyes many of the 2ps share. Unlike his counterpart, he is usually shown with a completely clean shaven face.
Most pictures of him depict either in armor or in a black/gray toga with a red/tan robe over the top. He doesn't wear any accessories.
Since he is not a very big character either way, he has one main personality the fandom agreed on.
Like his counterpart he is a great and mighty ruler and very strong. 2p!Rome is a very serious man that doesn't make much time for love. He is regularly very down to earth even though he seems brutish. He is very straight minded but can still be unreliable at times. Unlike his 1p, he knows why he fell from power but will be aggressive when asked about it. He enjoys remembering and talking about his glory days mainly because he enjoys being reminded as someone strong and well-known. He enjoys fighting, drinking, war, art (the gory types), food, and once in a while, sex. One of his hobbies is fighting. He is depicted as enjoying painting the battles he was in.
Fighting and wars are said to be his hobbies and he participates in them readily. He is also sometimes said to have encouraged his grandsons (2p!Romano as well as 2p!Veneziano) , when they were young children, to go into the coliseum on Rome, even going as far as forcing them to, to show off his immortal grandchildren; this is said to be the cause for, especially 2p!Italy's emotional baggage.
Drinking and food are another few things he enjoys. He is depicted as a gruff drunk.
Artistic interest is shown but mainly for gory pictures and his previous battles. It is still not often that he paints/draws.
Common 2P!Traits Edit
It is common for Player 2s to be portrayed as murderous, sociopath and possibly insane. To most, they are a darker version of the original Nations. However, because the Original Nations can be portrayed the same way by the fandom, how much hold this has depends on the person making the story.
He is shown to kill and fight a lot with traditional Roman weapons.
